Staff seemed annoyed when we arrived and while doing our nails. Poor quality service and expensive. Disappointing yet again. Won’t return.

I absolutely love coming here. I've been coming for years, and every single staff member is always incredibly kind, very good at their job, and I always leave with clean, tidy and beautiful nails. Today was the cherry on the cake -- I have a young baby and getting a pedicure is now a real treat because it's hard to get away. In the end I had to bring my baby in today and the staff was incredibly welcoming. 10 out of 10 for service in every way.

Overpriced for the quality of service provided. Honestly wouldn’t go back. I had an appointment but they switched people during my massages and everything felt rushed.

I loved going here the first time but will not be going back and would not recommend again. I made an appointment in advance, and was not seen until 35 minutes later, making me late for my next appointment. Every time I tried asking the front desk person when we would be seen, I was ignored. When it came time to pay, I did not plan on paying a tip because my time was not respected. The woman at the front made me feel really uncomfortable after I politely declined to pay a tip multiple times, making me feel like I had to cave... read more
