Worst ultrasound experience. It had nothing to do with the technician and everything to do with the TECHNOLOGY. I’d been to a women’s clinic that was more helpful than this hospital. We went in for an ultrasound to see if our baby was alive and growing. This would be our second rainbow baby and there have already been some complications throughout this pregnancy. Just had a mammogram here at women's imaging. They are using a new 3D imaging machine. It is less painful and faster. There doesn't seem to be any additional cost associated with insurance to use this new technology. I had Kirsten and she was so kind, so sweet and so gentle. Highly recommend.
