very rude and uncooperative staff.
"I had a disappointing experience at Aurora Medical Centre. doctor Thani was unprofessional and inattentive. Despite clearly telling her I had a fever, she didn’t check my temperature until I reminded her. She also spoke very quietly, making it hard to understand her, and I had to ask for medication rather than being advised proactively. As a patient, I expected better communication and a more thorough approach to care. I left feeling unheard and unsatisfied with the service."
