I was not very happy nor did I feel taken care of during my ER visit today. I had Dr. Bryan Kluak who invalidated my concerns surrounding my jejunostomy feeding tube and completely dismissed my pain. I have multiple chronic illnesses and was just discharged from the hospital about a day ago. Less than 24 hours later I was in absolutely horrible amounts of pain and he did not seem to care. I couldn't wait to vomit anymore so I took the monitor stuff off and got myself out of the end of the bed. Hurt myself doing it no surprise. Where it says doctor and nurse it is empty. I had tons of tests since 5:30 pm now it is 8:52. No iv for fluids and nothing to drink. The lady in registration ask if I am am staying the night? I said I have no idea what's going on. Brought my husband in and he had fallen in bathroom, and couldn't call me for help. He was able to get himself to the doorway and called me for help. He was a mess. Cleaned him up the best I could, and called someone for help. Got him dressed and headed for ER. The staff wouldn't let me in to be with him. When they did I tried to explain the situation. They wouldn't listen, were rude and condensending. The next thing I knew they were accusing me of abuse. Will never go there again. Would rather drive extra miles.

The doctor was very attentive, but the nurse and her bed side manners were awful, I recommend she find a different line of work.
