My husband was driving I told him get off on the highway I need ER. We saw this hospital parked by the front walked halfway around the hospital on first floor to ER. I had arthritis in my right wrist. Got checked in and seen right away! The Dr John Ray was awesome! They gave me medicine prescribed me cream to rub on my wrist! Did x-rays we're awesome people very friendly love the staff. This hospital deserves a 100 stars. Unfortunately we can give it only 5. I went to the ER at Aurora and every person that helped me was wonderful, I was diagnosed with covid and I felt miserable. All staff were kind and compassionate people, thank you and God bless you.

I came here while suffering a bad panic attack and chest pains. I was brought in to a room and in less than 2 min, they had already taken vitals, blood and an EKG. The doctor saw me five minutes after that and gave me meds to help calm me down. They sent me off a prescription to the local Walgreens and I was out of there in less than an hour feeling so much better. Thank you to the amazing staff and the most pleasant ER visit I have ever had. Super clean, super nice staff, super efficient.
