Nurse that I saw in the ER was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Excellent care.
The worst service ever when it comes to paper work. It took a whole month plus to complete 1 paper. They'll transfer your calls from one person to another and at the end when they can't give you an answer then they hangup on you. If you need medical record for work and fmla they only do it for you before surgery because they haven't got your money yet.
