Worst ER experience I ever had! The dr. spent 5 minutes with me told me a 100.3 degrees was not a fever. I know my body something was wrong. Than told me my stung I was not infected after it still angry red 5 days after it happened. Worst medical treatment I had. The place is all about money and getting people out instead of providing the best care. I could hear everything going in the ER. There is no privacy! They were naming people by conditions and rooms numbers. I would not recommend going there!
My fiancée and my 20 month old son and I came in the emergency room today, I was experiencing severe pain in my stomach, chest and hands, and trouble breathing, the receptionist (Mackenzie W) was rude from the start. I walked into the emergency rooms front desk, greeted by Anna S. I told her that my brother was in the emergency due to a possible broken hand. She tells me to wait in the lobby, I say ok. Then I tell her that my brother’s girlfriend is in the room with him and if I could be in that room too. She tells me that’s not possible because she was standing in the hallway and they can’t have people in the hall standing. I say ok.
