My fiancée and my 20 month old son and I came in the emergency room today, I was experiencing severe pain in my stomach, chest and hands, and trouble breathing, the receptionist (Mackenzie W) was rude from the start. I walked into the emergency rooms front desk, greeted by Anna S. I told her that my brother was in the emergency due to a possible broken hand. She tells me to wait in the lobby, I say ok. Then I tell her that my brother’s girlfriend is in the room with him and if I could be in that room too.
