Excellent medical care in the ER. They listened to me, did the appropriate exam and resolved my problem. I deducted 1 star due to poor follow up. They took a week to get medication orders to my assisted living facility. Since I recently moved to Oshkosh, they said they'd give me a referral to a local provider but they never did.
May 9, 2026 I took my husband to this facility with extreme headache with his cerebral aneurysm. We were taken immediately into a room and an examination started. Nursing staff was attentive, quick and very caring as they took vitals for my husband. Dr Erich Weidenbener came in and took time to listen to our concerns and ordered some tests. Came in for a migraine and sat in the waiting room so long it turned back into a normal headache. Over 3 hours of screaming sobbing in the waiting room just to not be seen. Disgusting staff and lack of care.
Worst ER experience I ever had! The dr. spent 5 minutes with me told me a 100.3 degrees was not a fever. I know my body something was wrong. Than told me my stung I was not infected after it still angry red 5 days after it happened. Worst medical treatment I had. The place is all about money and getting people out instead of providing the best care. I could hear everything going in the ER. There is no privacy! They were naming people by conditions and rooms numbers. I would not recommend going there!
My fiancée and my 20 month old son and I came in the emergency room today, I was experiencing severe pain in my stomach, chest and hands, and trouble breathing, the receptionist (Mackenzie W) was rude from the start.
