I came here for dizziness and some other symptoms. One of the nurses that put in my iv was very rude. I ended up passing out and my mom had to slap me awake. And the nurse told my mom I was fine. She had no urgency to help. When I finally got test results back the PA told me that I was good to go and there was nothing concerning on the tests. Dr Steven Andrews’s is a completely awful doctor who brushes things off and treats people like crap. We didn’t feel comfortable asking him questions because he was so cold and rude, and just wanted to dismiss everything we were in there for. All the staff were rude and were not attentive at all. It was a huge joke.

I was trying to find a way to leave a review specifically through Starbucks, but since I am unable to, I wanted to give a shoutout to Breanna at Starbucks. She was such a delight and made me a delicious beverage that she created (I told her to surprise me). I'm sure working in a hospital is no easy feat, and it's so nice to have someone who can not only provide you with caffeine, but also provide a smile and lovely personality.

Tried to book a CT scan appointment and the lady insisted I needed to call my insurance to see if they would cover first before she would even consider booking. I let her know regardless of paying on of pocket we needed the appointment made and wanted it done. Extremely rude overall and so unprofessional, now we are looking elsewhere.
