This is the worst insurance place ever. Horrible customer service!!!!!!!
Awful customer service. Several times I have tried to go to the office within normal business hours, the door has a sign that says open, yet it is locked and no one answers if I knock. This has been at numerous times of the day, morning, afternoon, late afternoon. When Nilsa was there the customer service was amazing, I actually referred people to her. Now that she is gone, it has gone completely downhill.
