They never answer the phone it's horrible not good customer service, hire people to help do your job
I called to get information Literally just information and the lady who answered the phone was very rude and clearly didn't want to assist me. Not sure why but everything i asked jer ahe was very short and wanted me off the phone
Not Even Worth One Star I Genuinely Don’t Understand How This Office Is Still Operating Or How Many Of The Employees Continue To Be Employed. The Communication Here Is Practically Nonexistent You’ll Find Yourself Calling 10–20 Times A Day Just To Get A Response .From The Front Desk To The Caseworkers, There’s A Consistent Pattern Of Laziness, Unprofessionalism, And Incompetence.
