They have owed us a refund for our deposit since January 2025! They are rude, won't return emails or phone calls.
I’ve been waiting for an update in my housing application for 3 months and since they haven’t hired a new specialist I cannot make an appointment. This place is a joke.
This place needs to be investigated they NEVER answer the phone or respond to emails. The WORST AND MOST UNPROFESSIONAL HOUSING AUTHORITY. Staff are rude and speak to you in the most disrespectful manner. Especially the lady at the front desk.
