I contacted this place last January for a front yard redo. Got my computer plan Feb 22. I approved the plan and was told I would be put on the schedule. Today is Nov 1 and I still have no landscaping. I tried for eight months to contact them via email and phone. I have four pages of texts that were never answered. Last week I finally got to talk to Tommy, one of the owners, who promised to do it last Tuesday. No one showed. I did not fire them earlier because I was ghosted on all my attempts at communication.
