You guys suck. All you guys do is make excuses
Worst doctors office I’ve ever been apart of. I gave them my patience since they were a new office but it’s getting ridiculous. Since last fall, so only about 6 months, I’ve had them cancel or reschedule on me majority of the time. Ive had them rescheduled/ cancel me multiple times in a row for a visit I’ve been trying to make since the end of 2024. I’ve only ever called 1 time to reschedule one of my own appointments. was told i couldn’t be seen for my appointment because i had my 5 year old and 18 month old with me i’m a single mom who has my girls full time and child care for appointments isnt feasible especially when i struggle finding child care for work i’ve never had an issue at any other providers office except this one my youngest was even in a stroller. this place doesn’t accept single mothers even tho it’s a “family practice “
If I could leave less than a one star review I could. Waited for 45 minutes after I checked in to have my appointment canceled when there was only one other patient being seen. To make it even better, they made me pay my copay before being seen then the very unpleasant lady’s at the desk refused to issue me a refund. Absolutely would never recommend this drs office to anyone.
