The most unprofessional group of all of the auroras I’ve been to. Not one bit of accountability. The doctor is careless and stuck up his own ass. (Second floor) find a doctor who will care for you properly instead of wasting your time and money.
I’m currently attending physical therapy at this location which Marie is my PT. Her and the other person I work with for my back pain are amazing at their job and have been so helpful. Very great attitudes also. On the other hand receptionist not at all. Very very disappointed. As it seems every time I call about a question or to schedule new appointments they have a horrible attitude with me. Today 10/12 I called about 11 am.
