Don't return calls and doctor doesn't even make eye contact. She kept looking down when speaking to my son. My son and I were both weirded out. Also called multiple times and never received call back. Or if I did I was promised a call back after they spoke to the doctor and never got a call back. Very unprofessional
Super expensive
Always felt like they were unprofessional and didn’t actually care about you as a patient just wanted their money, which brings me to my next point. I haven’t been to this aurora is over a year and today my bank account was charged $45 which I didn’t have in my account in the time which caused me to overdraft. No idea what I was charged for but I’ll be calling in the morning to get my money back.
Is the service is terrible here... Appointment at 2:30and my son waited in room without seeing anyone for close to an hour. I understand it's healthcare but this is for is score an appointment at a clinic not is clinic not an ER unit... Is God-awful I will gladly pay out of pocket to go to another provider....
Dr. Griffin is a really nice Dermatologist.
