Wait time extremely long. Staff at the desk are too busy having irrelevant conversations and not helping patients.
Was sent to the hospital for an ear infection. The doctor I saw said she needed to get advice from the nurse. Just found out that when I went to urgent care for pain in feet due to planters fasciitis, they charged me twice for having 2 feet. What a load of…. Please, do not waste your time with Aurora!
I got my labs done by Latoya B. I'm historically a hard poke. I get my blood drawn monthly. So I know what I'm talking about when I say she really did an amazing job.
This clinic discriminate's against elderly employees, and employees with disabilities. The person in charge of the PSR'S at this Clinic had me in the office so many times, for little things, very unprofessional.
