My experience here was terrible, I was taken care of by staff that would answer my call light when I beeped and say they would be right there or would get my nurse and never did. As a result of third shift telling me they would let my nurse know when I told them my iv and arm didn't feel ok was i ended up by first shift having a hand they had started to swell up and they ended up having to pull my I'v in all. Wait time extremely long. Staff at the desk are too busy having irrelevant conversations and not helping patients.
Was sent to the hospital for an ear infection. The doctor I saw said she needed to get advice from the nurse. Just found out that when I went to urgent care for pain in feet due to planters fasciitis, they charged me twice for having 2 feet. What a load of…. Please, do not waste your time with Aurora!
I got my labs done by Latoya B. I'm historically a hard poke. I get my blood drawn monthly. So I know what I'm talking about when I say she really did an amazing job.
