Went into urgent care for my wife and got stuck with a nurse practitioner. Said NP decided my wife needed the ER due to elevated heart rate. Went to ER and heart rate was normal and an actual MD was confused why we came in (nothing wrong). Thanks for the waste of time and money.
The lab lacks hours they are never available when you need them. So you have to go to some other town to get proper laboratory services. I have canceled my appointment due to there lack of care and the hours the lab has open until 12:45pm. when you need labs they won't be there for you that means improper care. There no reason for aurora to force someone to go to another town to get laboratory service.
Professional, empathetic, and expert care to be found here. Lucky to have this kind of medical care available locally! I trust Dr. Gentile and NP Culver 100%.
