I've seen a few specialists and the lab at this location. Staff in all Aurora locations have always been courteous, professional and informative. I've never been kept waiting. Like any medical clinic these days, one needs to be prompt if you want to be seen. Some of these negative reviews that were posted during the pandemic are not fair. Medical pros were doing 16 hour shifts, medications and supplies were difficult to get delivered. Walgreens still is often out stock on meds nationwide. Saw Dr Zhang today for the second time. During both visits, I had absolutely no wait and everyone was efficient, personable. Dr Zhang identified two pre-cancerous lesions and removed them in a way that didn't hurt. I really appreciate his expertise and great way of talking to you.
Wonderful doctors and nurses. Excellent lab and radiology staff.
