The receptionist and the people that make the appointments are always polite and helpful. I never have trouble getting an appointment. There’s an on-site Pharmacy. The nurses are always polite and kind and helpful. I’ve always had a good experience with this particular clinic. They will usually squeeze you in for an appointment In a halfway emergency. I wouldn’t go to any other clinic because this one is close to the best there is.

I was satisfied with my direct experience with Dr Jeanes but have come to find dealing with Aurora in general so frustrating that continuing was no longer tenable. Aurora is a large organization, and has doctors, nurses, techs, and support staff of varying quality. Some are good, but many - too many for me - are not. Even if a specific provider is OK, as in this case, I find the pattern of unhelpful and disrespectful employees just puts me off. I'd like to be able to tell you how the doctors were but since no one answered the phone after 3 attempts of 30 min on hold just to speak with the front desk. I never got to talk to a single person
