The doctors here are very very good but making an appointment with them is difficult. Interacted with a receptionist, Cassandra, and it was awful. So I cancelled my appointment.
Staff will hang up on you if you call them and ask questions they don't know. Don't plan on getting the care you need when you need it, and be prepared to feel like a burden. Absolute trash company and people.
