Called looking for same-day response to loose gutter. Had a specialist at my house in less than an hour. Would absolutely call again

I attempted two times to schedule an appointment to repair my gutters. The first no show/no call should have been an indicator not to try them again, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was an administrative error. After the second no show/no call, they lost their chance - will never try to call them again.

Rated poorly for:Responsiveness,PunctualityI attempted two times to schedule an appointment to repair my gutters. Abominable customer service! AGR scheduled a date and time to meet with my 84 year old father and never showed up. He called the next day and they said they'd be out by 9AM. They never showed up. He wasn't able to go pick up his perscriptions because he waited two whole days for these fools who never showed up or called back. Unforgivable in my opinion.
