Billing department is sending accounts for surgery done during the pandemic to collection with no notice. It took 3 months for my insurance to even pay and for me to know what the true balance even was. Steer clear of this hospital. Very unethical, uncaring and rude billing department and during these times...Disgusting.
I went to Urgent care today was my best visit there Thanks to Dr. Vera she was so caring kind helpful she treated me like a real person. Glad You have someone like her. Dr. Kristy Henke there in Urgent care also gets 5 stars. Savannah 5 stars also. Thank you both for helping me today. DR. Theresa Lee also gets 5 stars for me too!! 💖💖💖💖
This place keeps patients way longer than needed to suck every dollar out of insurances. Ridiculous bossy nurses that make there own rules. Since they take a lot of poor people with state insurance, they must get bottom of the barrel staff. I'd rather get treated by my wife. Grab the knife, hunny!
