For an emergency center there is NO sense of urgency here. They can take patients back for evaluation, then let them sit in the waiting room for hours without doing any tests. Meanwhile the wife has been throwing up and almost passing out in the bathroom....and this is not because of a flu virus. I feel terrible for everyone else sitting out here waiting, waiting, and waiting. This was a good place to go 10 years ago. Way to go Aurora!

1.5 hours in waiting room for emergency dept. Complaints of extreme lethargy, pain in lower right side and mild chest pains. Still waiting

Seems like the only way to get help is to arrive by ambulance. Otherwise, you're invisible and obviously not important.

Very awful experience. I arrived at 7pm and wasn’t seen until 11pm and required surgery. I sat in the waiting room in terrible pain watching people come and go for 4 hours without any info about when I might be seen. To have to sit there, in pain, waiting and waiting then have to have a surgery because of the issue is absolutely insane. No sense of URGENCY at the ER…
