The buying and delivery process was great! Now looking forward to our first power outage with the Aurora 20kw as backup. Tied it into my hybrid solar inverter which will automatically start the generator when the grid is down and my batteries are depleted to 20%. Would definitely recommend this Aurora 20kw Perkins diesel generator.
Great company to deal with. Knowledgeable and excellent after-sales assistance. I purchased the Dynagen TG410 control unit for the existing diesel generator that came with the house I purchased. Very please with the unit and once you get used to navigating the 'menus' it's straight forward (with some help from the manual & Ron @ Aurora lol). Efficient, Pretty Fast Delivery for 250 pounds, and support before the sale, Doesn't get much better than that!!
