The only thing I would do differently is I would add a larger fuel tank.
Aurora customer service is outstanding. I purchased my Aurora generator over ten years ago. It's been discontinued, however the Aurora representative was able to get me all the necessary parts shipped to the US, for a tuneup. Very happy. Also, my Aurora generator is still working very well after so many years. I'm very grateful for Aurora still valuing me as a customer after a decade since my purchase. THANK YOU!!!
I purchased a 20kw diesel home standby generator and ATS. The sales team, specifically, the owner, Ron, were great to work with. They answered all my questions in a timely manner and made sure I was getting the system that was right for me. The shipment tracking was simple and the generator was received, and is operating perfectly. They are a great company to work with!
The buying and delivery process was great! Now looking forward to our first power outage with the Aurora 20kw as backup. Tied it into my hybrid solar inverter which will automatically start the generator when the grid is down and my batteries are depleted to 20%. Would definitely recommend this Aurora 20kw Perkins diesel generator.
