I’ve been waiting 9 days for a medication. Just got off the phone and still no resolution. The nurse line doesn’t respond and front desk says they can’t help. This place is amateur hr, not healthcare. If you can be seen at a place outside of aurora I would! This isn’t healthcare!
Dr Sokhi retired and the follow up care I recieved in comparison by the other practitioners was pathetic. They did not follow through on his suggestions with further care and testing. They refused to properly investigate symptoms, they didn't even ask me what all of my symptoms were. They shoved harmful psych meds at me and told me my problems were in my head. I was basically laughed at. Appointments were rushed and a waste of time.
