On Wednesday 9-17 we took our 2013 Ford Explorer into Aurora Ford for a diagnosis. Devan the Service Mgr was friendly and immediately rode along to hear the noise 1st hand, then he and a technician rode together to hear the noise. It was determined that the PTU/transfer case was bad. On Thursday 9-18 Safa the service writer got us an estimate that we approved , the part was ordered and installation was started on Friday and finished on Saturday.
