Our time with the Aurora Bay Fertility Clinic was an overall great experience. They were extremely thorough, we felt very “taken care of” and because of them, we are finally pregnant. My husband and I are extremely grateful for this clinic and how they treated us throughout our IVF journey. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

My wife and I used this fertility clinic a few years ago with Dr. Wittmaack and it was a great experience. He's retired now and the new regime has been nothing but terrible. Here's just a few things we experienced: - My wife had a time sensitive appt for IUI ultrasound. She had to bring our daughter (product of first IUI with Dr Wittmaack) to appt. The front desk lady told her it's very inconsiderate to bring a child into a fertility clinic and shamed her. There were no other patients in waiting room. My wife came home cryin... read more

I have been a patient of this clinic since the end of 2020. We have had two children because of this clinic after 4 FET cycles. We had two failed FET cycles back to back and their clinic helped us figure out why this was happening, treated me, and then assisted us with another FET which was then successful. We are forever grateful to this team for everything they did to educate us and help us bring our babies into the world. As far as wait for appointments (mentioned in multiple reviews) - that is what you can and should exp... read more

We had to wait months to get in for the first appointment (which was virtual), and during it, we were told our options were IUI or IVF (we weren't even tested for anything). That whole appointment just went over what to expect from IUI or IVF. I felt like we were pressured to choose one of these very expensive procedures, even though no testing was done and we didn't even know what the cause was. We did not continue on with Aurora after that, and went to the Kaldas Center instead.

This clinic is terrible! Everything starts with customer service and that is terrible to begin with. Forever to get in for an appointment and nothing but rudeness. They just want to get you in and out without explaining anything. I received my semen analysis back and they let me know they will not be able to help me understand the information. Does not make sense if you ask me! I would steer clear of this clinic and save yourself the stress and time. They just want to do their job quickly and not worry about anything else. I... read more
