No return call on my call to them called left a message as I wanted to know my tests results I paid money for , still no call back as to what the tests showed. Called left them my name and number and nothing has happened yet

Excellent Dr. Sarka has been my family doctor for about ten years. I have every confidence in him. He always takes the time to listen and talk through options.Rose, his nurse, is always friendly and helpful.I have recommended Dr. Sarka to others and will continue to do that.Jim Blume

Assistant can't return calls...Pathetic! RUDE! Michelle is the worst. People don't care about what your feelings are Michelle. Whether we are interrupting your busy busy day OR NOT! You provide a service dear. Take a class in customer service. Stay clear of that office.

Great experience Dr. Hannemann has been our family doctor for 27 years. He has treated me, my husband, and my son. He is kind and caring and knows me as an actual person, not just a patient number. He is an excellent diagnostician and has quickly diagnosed several conditions which are not easily diagnosed. I developed a health problem, and two visits and some common tests gave me a diagnosis for which others I know have waited months or years. 31 year patient here I have going to Aurora family practice and have always been treated very well. My adult children have gone there since they were born and still go there to this day.

Very Rude Office Staff The office staff of Dr. Hannemann is very rude...unwilling to work with me and very short on the phone. I was shocked at how unpleasant this staff is as they were very unprofessional.

Aurora Family Practice is like having a family member that is also a Doctor. I have been using AF Practice for well over 20 years. They are so professional. I've called them after hours during bike tours in the middle of nowhere, and they've found pharmacies for me. They always return calls after hours and going in for an office visit is like visiting with an old friend. You simply can not get a better family Dr.

No corners cut here Aurora Family practice is a wonderful group of professionals that will make you feel welcome,answering your questions in plain paused detail. Being sick is a bad experience, but each and every time I have visited Aurora Family practice they have taken care of my problems without cutting any corners. All and all quality care and courteousness from the moment you walk in through your recovery process.

Super Polite I've had some pretty bad doctor experiences, but I must say that the Aurora Family Practice is such a pleasant place. I am treated with respect and curtousy. The doctors don't cut my visits short because they can't handle all of their patients... It is nice. Even the receptionists are polite and patient. All in all, I would say these people are definently my favorite.
