I needed to have my glasses repaired and had previously taken them to two different locations, but neither was able to resolve the issue. When I visited this location, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. They repaired my glasses promptly and correctly.

I’ve now had two very frustrating experiences with this eye doctor practice. The first time was with contact lenses, I had to make multiple trips because they kept sending them to the wrong location. This time, I called two weeks ago about replacing my frames, which had already broken in less than four months. I had to keep calling because no one ever answered the phone or returned my messages.
