Amber is always so helpful whenever I come in to the clinic. Thank goodness she was able to help me pick out a pair of glasses, I felt so lost haha. The staff in general are always super friendly and professional- I can’t recommend this clinic enough!
They were a great help when my lenses fell out and I needed new ones put in my frames but when I went in a year later for my prescription to be updated I had a very bad experience with the receptionist. I paid for my prescription and then I got told that I should only buy glasses through them. Other wise it would be a “very bad idea” when I was buying glasses I was missing lots of information. Amazing! If I could give six stars I would. When American Airline lost my luggage that had my contact lenses in it, this great local optometrist came to te rescue - I just showed her my current prescription for contact lenses and was able to walk out with a weeks worth of contacts - same brand, power, and size as I usually use - not even 15 minutes later. Thank you SO much- you really saved our trip!
