Unfortunately, my experience was terrible. Expectations were not met, things were not ready and the overall attitude was very rude. There is no wifi so please be prepared for that!

I'm writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from the Service Manager (Arifa), during our recent event. Despite my requests for assistance, She was unavailable when we needed help, which added unnecessary stress to our celebration. One specific issue that stood out was when I asked for a table, and the staff informed me it wasn't part of our contract and would incur an additional $25 fee.
