We recently had our family event at Aurora Event Center, and it was a wonderful experience. The venue was spacious, elegant, and well organized. The staff were cooperative and accommodating throughout the planning and event hours. Everything went smoothly, from decoration setup to food service and guest management. Our guests really enjoyed the atmosphere, and the event turned out memorable for all of us. Thank you to the Aurora Event Center team for helping make the occasion special.
Unfortunately, my experience was terrible. Expectations were not met, things were not ready and the overall attitude was very rude. There is no wifi so please be prepared for that!
I recently hosted an event at this venue. While the hall itself was fine and served its purpose, I’m leaving a 1-star review due to the poor customer service we received—particularly from the event coordinator.
