Craig at AES helped me with a custom cut order for 4 cords of firewood. He kept me updated on the schedule, confirmed the delivery, and followed up after to make sure everything was satisfactory. Excellent customer service and a quality product delivered.
Most people they get firewood in town, they should just come here. It is so convenient and so affordable and the wood is so good and the customer service is great and the location is wonderful like---
It has been a long while since I have been treated with such disrespect by anyone let alone an employee of a company. Quite frankly shocked this happened in Fairbanks. I was cursed out by the front desk lady for a miss understanding on loading procedures due to “friends” being allowed to load ahead of everyone else.
