Worst emergency room ever🤬 pack a meal because u will be there for hours
We arrived at the ER at 2:00 pm and Dr. Phillips with RN Alexander got the ball rolling immediately. My husband's diagnosis was a bit of a puzzle. I was impressed by how much information the staff gathered through diagnostics and testing. Any time I had a question, someone in the staff area dealt with the situation immediately. An extra thanks goes to Dr. Phillips and RN Alexander for their communication skills, too.
Absolutely the best experience when your unsure what to expect. PA Jaden and Nurse Melissa were highly skilled, caring and helpful! All departments worked in harmony and quickly The waiting room is large enough to accommodate waiting patients room to sit without sitting next to a vomiting person
If I could give a higher score, I would. I took my friend to the Aurora ER. She was in excruciating pain. We were treated so kindly by every single person. Everyone listened to her explain what she has been going through for five plus years. No one rolled their eyes or gave condescending comments. These people showed us that "Do no harm" is what they live by. God bless them all.
