Doctor in er told me how painful the procedure will be, then gave me a pain pill that is no better then a Tic Tac. Didn't even wait for the pill to kick in. Then acted insulted when I asked them to either wait for pill to start working or give me something stronger.
I Called the Emergency Room to get some information before showing up. I’m not sure if they were “dumb” questions to the lady that talked to me, but I guess it was funny because she laughed at my question before hanging up. Very unprofessional, and rude if you ask me. I’ll be going to prevea from now on. Very disappointed.
I waited almost two hrs and was never seen. Ended up going to a different ER with much better results. Like other reviews, if you have the option to go to another hospital I would. The extra drive is worth better care!
A patient will no longer go to you for mental safety ever again. Medical advice excellent listener and good on following through very well with to.
