A fantastic experience. We had a track light stop working. Aurora Electric was able to fix a bad connection in the transformer within the 2-hour minimum charge, as well as helping me answer some electrical questions I had about our property. Splendid service! The electricians were very efficient and kept us informed of progress! My roommate has an intellectual disability and would check on progress and asked questions and was never an issue! Made her feel valued! Highly recommend this company and will use them for future jobs!
Very unprofessional, Davide yelled at me at me in my own house. Telling me he was sick of this project. Note this is the second time he has done this when I pointed out things I was not satisfied with. Refused to leave when asked to, had other trades at the house that had to leave because of his behaviour. Had a custom tile bathroom shelf installed above my tub and a TV was supposed to be mounted above it. As someone who has worked in the electrical trade for 6 years, I have to say Aurora's quality and craftsmanship is of the best I have came across in the industry. David the owner is an exceptional electrician with vast amounts of knowledge in the trade. I highly recommend Aurora if you want a company that will go above and beyond in customer service and operates at the highest of standards.
