I am thrilled with my new custom tilt and turn windows from Aurora. I ordered 3 windows from Sergey, he quoted a fair price for the windows and installation. A week later the technician came out to measure and worked with my contractor to fit 2 windows in my remodeling project and a third window in my other bathroom. I was given a 5-7 week timeline for installation, but in just 3 weeks they were back to install. I live on the 6th floor and they did an incredible job.
