Most awful experience I've ever had with a lab. I told my dermatologist I'm not seeing her again because they're associated with this lab. A total fraud, scam operation. I paid with an HSA card and need a receipt from them - 1st associate said she'd send it via mail (never did), 2nd associate said she'd send it via email (never did), 3rd associate said their email server is down and to call back in 2-3 days. A total nightmare through and through.
This billing company continues to attempt to bill for items that have already been paid for via insurance + HSA/health fund. In others word, if you are not following the money trail these guys would love to eat up your double payment. Spoke to a Jay here, seems like they know they do this, but was peddling BS. Rude guy too. Cant give a 0 so giving a 1
This place is a scam. I dont know why my doctor used this place!
Seems like a scam — they don’t respond to emails or calls, I’ve gotten random letters for payment from credit collection agencies.
Never heard of them until I got a bill from collections. Not sure if it's a scam but hardly worth $40 to chase them downn.
