Everyone is accommodating and professional to deal with. The clinic is clean and great atmosphere.
They called and canceled my appointment for a cleaning, I guess the hygienist was sick that day. Never called back to rebook it. Five weeks later, I called during regular business hours no answer at the receptionist so I left a message for them to call me back so I could book an appointment and five days later they still haven’t called me back so I’ve moved onto a different hygienist and dentist. Sorry Dr. Dumont.!
They were so informative and I love the great atmosphere. I felt very comfortable. Amazing staff!
I needed to get back to routine dental visits, and was unimpressed with my previous provider. So i thought i’d try Aurora Firstly: location! Not only closest to my work & home, but very easy access & lots of parking. Appointment was quick & easy. Same day actually which is usually a red flag. Smaller clinic, humble amount of staff.
