I was very disappointed with my experience at Aurora Dental Clinic. The customer service did not feel professional, and the way I was spoken to made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Instead of communicating calmly and respectfully, the attitude I encountered felt impatient, dismissive, and unnecessarily harsh. The customer service was extremely disappointing. The staff were not only unprofessional, but also very rude and aggressive toward customers. The tone and attitude they used when speaking to guests were completely unacceptable. No matter what the situation is, customers should be treated with basic respect and professionalism. This experience left a very negative impression.
