Sloppy service. I attended my scheduled 12:00 appointment and arrived to find the salon closed. After messaging, I was advised there had been a booking mix-up by an assistant in training and that the stylist was not actually working that day. I was then told the salon would open at 12:15, only to later be informed that the stylist was fully booked and unable to accommodate me at all. I would only recommend booking with Celine. I do not recommend booking with Leila at all—I wish I had listened to the other reviews. I’m really unhappy with my haircut, especially the way my bangs were cut. Unfortunately, it wasn’t worth the $105 I spent on the cut and style.

Wouldn’t recommend if you’re getting hair colour, the colour doesn’t even last long and made my hair so brittle my hair is not really the same, and 500$ for hair colour that doesn’t even last long not worth it.

Usually don’t leave reviews but paid almost $600 for a wrong hair colour. Not worth it. I asked for brown and got yellow
