I went to the Aurora Clinic at Ruby Isle in Brookfield. I highly recommend using this service for urgent care! What a great experience- easy to make an appt, no waiting, wonderful and caring staff. Better than just a video call from home.
Even after getting confirmation from a doctor that the physical form I needed completed should be able to be completed by a walk in clinic like this, they still refused to complete it because they "just don't do those." They were wholly unwilling to even try to actually solve the issue, and so I feel their service is currently less than fully functional.
Michelle was prompt nice and competent. You won’t get a more thorough exam at urgent care elsewhere.
The pharmacists here have gone out of the way to fill prescriptions written or most commonly filled out of town.
