Very disappointed. I brought the exact same dress here in May and paid $10 for dry cleaning. I brought the same dress back this week and was charged over $20. When I asked why, I was first asked if it had stains (it didn’t), then told prices had gone up by $5 since May, which still doesn’t explain the $10+ difference. The manager wouldn’t come out to speak with me, and when I asked for a price sheet, I was told they don’t have one. Just be aware that prices may vary significantly, even for the exact same clothing item.
I have been coming to this dry cleaners for 21 years, I think it is under new ownership. I brought in 3 pair of pants 2 new 1 black 1 tan to pressed only 1 black pair to be cleaned and pressed and my wife's brown sweater, on 6 30 26 I came back with the ticket on the 7th to pick up paid the $30.00 they had the 3 pair of pants I thought the brown sweater was in between the pants I went home, my wife looked and the sweater was not in with the pants, I drove back up and they said they counted and the 4 items were there, and the... read more
Always does a great job with cleaning and alterations. They have fixed damages as well. Always have been happy with the quality. I’ve gone to them over 15 years now.
They always do a fantastic job with everything I take in. They are less expensive than others I've been to. I recommend highly!
