Horrible, incompetent and careless.
I had an infection, and used the after hours triage nurses. They got me an appointment at Mayfair clinic with a doctor that was covering for mine the next morning. A U lab was put in rog away and drawn in 5 min, and my medications were filled immediately downstairs. It was seamless care, and everyone that I interfaced with I have carrying an excellent customer service. Once again Aurora, I appreciate your integrated care!
