Very efficient and timely. I was able to call and book an appointment with Urgent Care, than I was called from the office to let me know they were ready to see me. I did not have to wait but 10 minutes in the office. Dr. Puckett was very through, friendly, and professional. He quickly handled my problem. Highly recommended!

They must have very incompetant people in their billing office. I made a visit one time and paid for the visit and my bill was to be submitted until I called asking about the payment I had made. The reply was oops we didn't apply it. Then later I was told I owed a lot of money for a visit because my daughted didn't have coverage by insurance. I had to call insurance to find out they had not properly submitted my claim. Very incompetant billing.

Took an hour to be seen by a nurse at urgent care despite no one else waiting. They made no attempt to provide me a comfortable place to rest despite the reason for my visit being debilitating back pain. They ordered x rays which meant another hour of waiting, told me they would be in by 8:00am the next day. They forgot to call in my prescriptions so I had to wait for that, and despite me calling 4 times they didn't get back to me until 3:30 to tell me they can't tell what's wrong and can't help me.
