So, where do I start?.. they were very helpful and understanding in the beginning but then started to slowly “not care” my doctor seems to just push my appointments along and not listen to me because I had brought up my sleeping issue at night but gave me a medication that keeps you awake in the morning, how does that make sense? Made appointment to be seeing for counsuling 4 months prior. Was called by office a day before appointment that the "provider" I would be seeing does not do counsuling only med management. Whats wrong with this picture!!! Not the Aurora I'm used to. Now I will be waiting another 4 months to be seeing. They always say "reach out for help, we are here for you" Missed the bullseye on this one.
