Made appointment to be seeing for counsuling 4 months prior. Was called by office a day before appointment that the "provider" I would be seeing does not do counsuling only med management. Whats wrong with this picture!!! Not the Aurora I'm used to. Now I will be waiting another 4 months to be seeing. They always say "reach out for help, we are here for you" Missed the bullseye on this one.

They really don't care at all if you are out of a prescription. The more you actually need your prescription is the more they would take getting it filled for you. They even left my significant other go with out her schizophrenia meds for 2 months once. They are terrible.
