Rude customer service on the phone and in shop.... overheard them yelling at a hair dresser on the phone which was on speaker. Asked about returning a producted because it was causing a client's scalp to breakout and skin to itch. There issomething wrong with the shampoo and conditioner. Client has been using pureology for years and now the shampoo is not as purple looking and thick as before and the conditioner is not as minty. Phone call was extremely rude, you should be embarrassed to have a business with such poor customer service.

If I didn’t have to use shades EQ , I wouldn’t shop there at all. You have to call for curbside pick up only and the woman on the phone, who sounds like older women, she sounds very irritable and rude to the customers.
