My first time attending the emergancy room at this location and based if the amazing all around care I recieved, the kindness, respect, and zero gaslighting, I am looking further into checking into their connecting clinic as well. I was taken so well care of and treated so kindly, I give this ER and its staff a definite 10 out of 10. Receptionist and nursing staff were so kind and helpful. But the doctor I had should never be allowed to have patients. He was rude from the moment he walked in. Told me I was wasting his time. My health didn’t matter to him one bit. He was more concerned about why I chose Aurora over going back to St. Mary’s. I was hoping that they would be able to help when the other place couldn’t. Came in early in the morning to get seen, repception staff was nice and professional. Nurses and Doctors are too. I did not wait long. around 9 am is when it gets busy.
