When I saw Dr. King, she was very skeptical of my symptoms over the last week and a half. You could see it on her face. It was upsetting. At one point she loudly exclaimed I should go to the ER (I'm sorry, why?) and when I said I felt very dehydrated she shouted again saying that there was a nationwide IV shortage. He came in the room. Didn't introduce himself.... Took two minutes maybe to look at images. Said "abnormal" and left. No explanation, no courtesy, no words!! If this doc were paid by how many words he speaks, he would be POOR. Of course, he is paid the big bucks but for what?

I walked into the emergency room with a serious back problem. Aurora had a P.A. diagnose me a sciatica nerve problem then he had a physical therapist come in and she determined i had one leg one half inch shorter than the other leg so she decided to pull the shorter leg hard to gain the half inch. I was given an antiflamitory and sent home. Little to say I barely made it back to my car in the parking lot. After a couple of days of Excruciating pain I went to comp. I went in to urgent care in Plymouth Wisconsin they got me in right away and I had the best care the nurse was wonderful the attending physician was wonderful and treated me so kind and nice and they have called me after my visit to see how his feeling they give you wonderful care and I can only have the highest praise for them

This place tried to kill me. I told them that I had asthma. When you look in my chart it states that. I ask for my inhaler and the tried to give me a psych Med. They kept trying to enforce psych medications in me telling me I have anxiety and I'm having a panic attack I could not breathe for more than 5 hours they just sit there and watched me. Finally a first shift nurse came in looked at me gave me a breathing treatment call 911 and I was in ICU for 3 days. This place will kill you

Strictly walk in care but never open. Took my sick kids in after calling to try and reserve a spot like they used too and was told Strictly walkin i said ok. Get kids together and go and they are closed.

Dr. Kaitlynn is the best Dr. I ever went to. Nicest person l ever met tooo. So happy and lucky to have her, the nurses and office ladies.

Triage nurse was not kind and treated me like the enemy. And he made a very agist remark. He asked if I did any vaping, and, when I said no, he added: "I should have known. Vaping is a young person's problem." I have no problem with being 70 years old, but that was WAY out of line. And I was perfectly pleasant and civil. Maybe he was having a bad day, but I was suffering and in severevpain. I didn't deserve that
