We had our Buick towed here to have 2 hoses replaced. A week and $500 later we had to have the car towed back. They never ordered our parts and after having it towed to the Buick dealership,they informed us that someone sabotage our engine. They are not communicative. We had to call them after 6 days. Now we are looking at a very costly repair. We have reported to BBB. STAY AWAY & TAKE BEFORE AND AFTER PICS. HIGHLY DISSATISFIED. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
Been using Aurora Automotive for many years. I do a lot of repairs on my own, but Gonzo is my guy for pro repairs. He's a whiz at electrical problems.
Had fuel Pump installed, didn't put on the one I needed or ask for, had to pay him a 2nd time to install the right one, and it wasn't done correctly, had to redo it myself...He'll NEVER get my business again.
