1st time appointment - warm greeting by all staff. Dr. Hughes listened to my experience and helped me with my existing hearing aids, making some adjustments that improved my hearing on the spot - terrific! We did talk about newer models when I was ready, but she assured me my current ones were working well and with the adjustments, I had to agree. The doctor and staff were very friendly and professional! My child was the one being seen and they made the experience very easy for him.
Dr Hughes was really helpful and explained everything to me. Her staff is efficient and kind.
Very nice people to deal with. This was my first time visiting an audiologist and they were very informative. I will recommend them.
Enjoyed a warm welcome, professional testing & evaluation, and very clear explanations and review of a plan to move forward.
