At first, I was a little unhappy with some cosmetic issues caused by the concrete job, and lack of follow up by aurora (none). But after a few years of having an above average size concrete driveway slab, sidewalk and third stall, it looks considerably better overall, in quality and appearance, than other concrete slabs laid in my neighborhood around the same time, by competing companies. Great experience from start to finish. Jim was thorough when he came out for an estimate and did not push for me to sign anything right away. They were willing to work with design ideas for a front porch area. Work looks beautiful and done in a clean manner! Will come back to these guys for future projects.
I cannot say enough good about Aurora. Every single person I interacted with was customer service focused and helpful. They answered questions and were respectful of my property. It looks great. That neighbor discount is also a big plus!
