We had an extremely frustrating experience with this company. Despite multiple service visits over the course of two months, our washing machine remained completely non-functional. The technicians were unable to diagnose or repair the issue, and their lack of expertise was evident from the start. We paid a service fee through our AHS home warranty, only to end up purchasing a new washing machine from Costco ourselves. The time, money, and energy wasted were substantial. Aurora Appliance Repair has attempted to repair our sub-zero refrigerator for the past several years directed by American Home Shield. During all these years, according to American Home Shield, if the refrigerator is unrepairable, it is to be reported in a diagnostic report to American Home Shield that the equipment is not able to be repaired and to recommend that a replacement be made.
