Imagine that. An appliance repair company that actually answers the phones, not "leave a voice mail"! Everything about my experience with them was positive and professional, starting with the aforementioned human contact, the ease of a convenient appointment, their follow-up e-mails and the friendliness and competence of the tech Carter.
